I am running Lubuntu 16.04.3 on a Acer Aspire One AOA150/ZG5. I had the same problem described by Henk Leusink, after an update to 4.13.0-26 generic.
Now I deleted 4.13.0-26 and my system is working fine with the previous kernel 4.10.0-42 generic.
