A lot of development and bugfixes happened in libwebsockets since version 2.0.3.

We have been using libwebsockets 2.3.0 in some of our projects and found
it to be much more stable than earlier releases.
Could you please consider upgrading the package to v2.3.0 (or newer) for
the upcoming 18.04 LTS?
