Just tried : bootloop in K4.15 without radeon.dpm=0 I still have to check the advise #10 from Christopher about DebuggingKernel. But I guess I'll fall in another problem : on my system, /tmp is on another Disk/partition than /, so I think I won't be able to get the initramfs.debug file that is asked.
