Interesting. Warps back when accessed via right-click-context-menu- properties, but not when accessed via hover-hotkey-E. Same for Move Exactly vs. cmd-M, etc.
The warp after a context menu invokes an interactive tool is clearly useful. Probably not after a dialog. This bug report is too unwieldy to get attention, though, so I'm going to log it as a new issue and close this one again.
