This bug seems to be a bit tricky. Yesterday I had no problems to skip last.fm tracks - today it doesn't work. I don't know how to reproduce this behavior. I've made a screencast of the problem: http://www.seqfault.de/files/amarok_lastfm.ogg. Maybe it's helpfull.
