Public bug reported: Muon search matches only beginning of package name or beginning of substring of package name splitted by dash.
Let example package to search be ttf-mscorefonts-installer. Search like corefonts does not give any results. Have to search for mscorefonts to get it listed in the results. I think it should also match middle or end part of the word. Another example is libjxr0. Would be good to be able to search it by jxr0. ** Affects: muon (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: - Muon search matches only beginning of word or beginning of substring - splitted by dash. + Muon search matches only beginning of package name or beginning of + substring of package name splitted by dash.
