Rolling installation is not the best, and can be the worst if the system
is not strictly cleaned: package purged not only removed, orphan
uninstalled...
So use 'gtkorphan' & 'bleachbit' (as root, carrefully), or better do a
fresh install.
Note: no one else have confirmed your issue, meaning a local problem.
