Patch is already found in v4.13 (ubuntu-artful)

v4.13~13^2~22
v4.4 (ubuntu-xenial) doesn't have the patch.
Since this seems trivial, and apply cleanly, and I'll proceed with the
SRU (after verification) and see what kernel-team says.
