I've solved the problem : it was an incomplete mysql-server-5.7 installation, and command `sudo apt install -f` returned an error (code 1) from dpkg. neither `dpkg configure -a` nor `sudo apt remove --purge <package_name>` worked. And for any package installation, I had a dpkg error (code 1).
I managed to solve the problem by enter the following command : `dpkg -r -P <package_name>` I don't know if it comes from an issue of Wine-stable install or a local bug. For information, libs which have been removed when compiling and installing Wine-stable are apache2, MySQL, php7.1 ang git. I hope that the information above can help you.
