1. Open any window of any application. Expected result: The whole window is visible. Actual result: The window is obscured by both the launcher and top panel, regardless of what size it is. All new windows appear at position 0,0. Impact: User can't move or close windows unless they know to hold Alt and drag the window. This is a recent regression.
