I confirmed it is resolved in 4:5.11.4-0ubuntu1 (available in the bionic testing release).
However, the "Network Settings" is not available in the right-click menu of version 4:5.10.5-0ubuntu1 which is the current version for artful. So it looks like it will be released in the next version of Ubuntu (or possibly in a backport for artful).
