gnome-python and pyorbit will be removed from Debian Testing soon (I
estimate early January) because it is an old GNOME2 library that hasn't
been maintained in years. It will take some time for those packages to
be removed from Debian Unstable, but I don't think we should ship gnome-
python in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
I am filing this bug now in particular to provide early notice for the
Ubuntu-specific packages firmware-tools and gnome-activity-journal.
This bug depends on LP: #1739797 (removal of gnome-python-desktop).
(Therefore, I am not adding tasks here for packages on that list.)
