Public bug reported: If I run gksudo nautilus from Terminal it opens the window in which I can't type. If I try to type it stills types in Terminal that is running in the background. I tried to click on the window and it doesn't work. I tried to switch program in background with alt-tab and then I can write in Authentication window, but after entering a password, it does nothing. Nautilus doesn't execute, nothing happens. Similar problem if I open .txt file as Administrator. After authentication, it doesn't execute.
