I am also getting the same error TLS: hostname (IP) does not match common name in certificate (win.cifs.com). Note :- After replacing ldap ssl ads = Yes to ldap server require strong auth = Yes parameter i am able to communicate but communication is not secure. i have tried ldapsearch command which is working fine and communicating in encryption only.
