I have the same problem in gutsy. After a suspend/resume or hibernate/resume, the MAC address of my onboard nForce 430 ethernet is reversed. After the first suspend, eth0 disappears, and is replaced by eth1. Subsequent suspends swap between eth1 and eth0. The network continues to work, but I've had to disable NetworkManager and hardcode eth0 and eth1 to the same ip address in /etc/network/interfaces.
