Public bug reported: Description of problem: connection usb type c dock with 2 displays attached freezes the system and requires cold boot. sometimes only disconnecting the dock makes the system usable again, sometimes not. sometime the dock works with only 1 display attached, sometimes even with both but 90% of the time connecting any display to the dock hangs the system (or booting ubuntu with the dock and displays already connected makes the system unbootable). dock is https://us-store.acer.com/acer-usb-type-c-dock
