There is no such dependency AFAICT.

$ apt-rdepends ibus-hangul | grep nanum
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done

Possibly you mean that fonts-nanum gets installed when you install
Korean language support. It won't be in 18.04.
