* I have an ordinary pc mb asus am2...
* I am running kububtu 7.10
* acpid installed and running

But there is no any reaction when I press POWER button.

+++++++++
I've tried to run manually
$ sudo /usr/bin/dcop --all-sessions --all-users ksmserver ksmserver logout 1 2 0

Result:
DCOPClient::attachInternal. Attach failed Could not open network socket

Check dcop on amarok:
$ dcop amarok player stop
