With that xorg.conf from the above post, gdm defaults to 1280x768 @ 60.
Once I login with my user name, the resolution changes to 1280x1024 @ 85
because I selected it in the "System" -> "Preferences" -> "Screen
Resolution". So if I am logged in, everything seems fine.  It's just
that I can't get X to display to the proper resolution in gdm, only
1280x768 @ 60.  I will attach both files just in case.
