Public bug reported:

Insert a CD (in my case the ubuntu 7.10 i386 alternate) in the CDROM drive,
then close the nautilus window which appears and press the "eject" button on
the drive: nothing happens.
The only way i have to get the CD out is right-clicking the desktop CD icon and
select "eject"

The cdrom drive is set as "slave" and on the same cable is connected the
main HD (as master)

It happens also on another computer of mine: in this case the cdrom is
always set as slave, but instead of the HD there is a DVD writer.

It happens on feisty too

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
