Same problem on Ubuntu 17.10 (and already 17.04). Since the original bug report, unrar (free) has been renamed as unrar-free and unrar-nonfree is now unrar. None include libunrar.so. The lib isn't packaged independantly either.
As the unrar-nonfree is tagged as "fix released", I assume it's a regression? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/390263 Title: Calibre can not unrar files To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/calibre/+bug/390263/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
