I'm on Zesty and my syslogs are chock-full of those sta.c:1523
stacktraces.

Below is the `lshw -c network` section that pertains to my wireless
card.  This may or may not be related as it's a different wireless card;
or perhaps, rather it's an issue that affects multiple Intel cards?

My oldest syslog are on 4.10.0-35 and I'm now on 4.10.0-37 with same
issue.

I also found this forum thread that suggests it might be an issue with
the Intel wireless firmware?
