Public bug reported:

There is a left arrow and a right arrow in the Nautilus breadcrumbs in the CSD.
Both the left arrow and the right arrow are always show, even if there is no
parent or child directory to navigate to. Clicking on these arrows has no
effect.

CASE 1: Left Arrow
1. Open Nautilus
2. Navigate to the root directory (press CTRL-L, type "/" and press enter).
3. Notice the left arrow is shown, it appears inactive, and nothing happens
when you click on it.

CASE 2: Right Arrow
1. Open Nautilus
2. Navigate to your home directory (click "Home" in the left panel).
3. Notice the right arrow is shown, it appears inactive, and nothing happens
when you click on it.
4. Click on a directory, for example "Documents"
5. Nautilus shows the contents of the new directory, and appends the directory
name to the breadcrumbs.
6. Click on "Home" in the breadcrumbs.
7. Notice the right arrow is shown, it appears inactive, and nothing happens
when you click on it.
Clicking the right arrow does not take you to the next directory in the
breadcrumbs.

SUGGESTED BEHAVIOR:
Clicking on the left arrow should take the user to the previous directory in
the breadcrumbs (the directory path).
Clicking on the right arrow should take the user to the next directory in the
breadcrumbs.

ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION:
Remove the arrows, since they do not provide any functionality and are
misleading to the user.
