@dsmythies, sorry, missed your question. We're actually seeing performance issues/load on a couple of our Ubuntu Archive servers (archive.ubuntu.com). They're high traffic servers with 10GbE NICs with just apache2 serving .deb packages from disk. We've recently upgraded a few to 4.11.0-14-generic from linux-image-generic-hwe-16.04-edge (for TCP BBR).
