Public bug reported:

libvirtd reports internal error: Failed to find path for dmidecode
binary after install Ubuntu 16.04.2.

Reproduce Step:
1. Install Ubuntu 16.04.2 from PXE server.
2. After OS installed, check dmesg and message.
3. Found below error message.
libvirtd[2410]: internal error: Failed to find path for dmidecode binary
libvirtd[2410]: message repeated 2 times: [ internal error: Failed to find path 
for dmidecode binary]

The system config:
CPU,Skylake-SP,16 Core,2.1GHz,2666

** Affects: libvirt (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
