running a sudo update and sudo dist-upgrade fails with broken packages. Mutter/Clutter packages are failing to be upgraded
** Description changed: the latest Ubuntu Budgie daily from which I'm reporting this again has the same reoccurance of the observation in #1713662 i.e. no background wallpaper. Worse - there is no window decoration at all EDIT: This is also affecting todays (23 Sept) Ubuntu 32bit daily. I haven't tested the 64bit daily, but that has not been updated since the 19th Sept. + + EDIT: + + Now tested the Pending version of Ubuntu - this is worse - no panel - + just the ubiquity dialog. window manager issues?
