Lubuntu doesn't follow Recommends: which is why snapd is absent from the
Lubuntu images. In additional PulseAudio is absent from the Lubuntu
images and also required for most snaps of desktop applications.
To resolve this issue `snapd` and `pulseaudio` would need adding to the
Lubuntu seeds and the lubuntu-meta package would need updating.
