Public bug reported:
When loading wave and raw files in Wavesurfer (and also in Transcriber)
the sound is is bad (cracky). Also, in wavesurfer, the cursor is not
synchronized with the sound (i.e., the sound stops but the cursor is
still in the middle of the waveform).
I am using the versions distributed in Gutsy; everything was working
fine in Feisty (and all the previous versions).
