Public bug reported:

my wifi network is also not working after updating ubuntu from version
16.10 to 17.04. I also tried installing realtek 8723be but it is also
not installing and always shows 'E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned
an error code (1)' during installation. Please help me.
