Public bug reported: Nagvis 1:1.7.10+dfsg1-3ubuntu1 fails to load if configured to use the MySQL backend with the error "Your PHP installation does not support mysql. Please check if you installed the PHP module."
This is because PHP 7 uses the mysqli module, rather than mysql. Upstream patch just needs merging in and releasing please: https://github.com/NagVis/nagvis/pull/85/files ** Affects: nagvis (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: nagvis (Debian) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: patch-accepted-upstream xenial ** Also affects: nagvis (Debian) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1712897 Title: Nagvis doesn't support PHP 7.0 MySQL on 16.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nagvis/+bug/1712897/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
