Public bug reported:

Test case:
open firefox, go to any page
restart or log out/in without closing firefox

What happens: when opening firefox in new login it opens to default startpage &
is unresponsive
What should happen: should either open to page on before or offer to reload
that page, also should be usable
This behavior not seen in ubuntu-web-launchers (17.10.10) package version
