Ask him if he can provide the scientific studies that made him come
to that conclusion - i'm not saying he's wrong, but I don't think there
have been any full scientific studies to back up either pros or cons, at
this point in time.
Edit: Down votes for adding to the discussion when I didn't have
specifics? gotta love reddit. It appears the Dr does raise a good
point in this case and I responded to this below.
