The standard compiz configuration work correctly your issue are due to
the fact that you are using the cube plugin that's why the bug has been
categorized as wishlist. I didn't look for the exact number because we
get hundred of duplicates a week and I prefer spending effort working on
fixing bugs rather than looking for exact bug numbers. Anyway marking as
duplicate of bug #153691, there is also bug #63208 and some other
similar ones
