Public bug reported:
I set up a workspace for a certain windows (e.g. xdvi) to appear on
Workspace 2 in Place Windows. Then I set up Windows Rules for the same
application. If I launch the application from the Workspace 2 terminal,
then the Windows Rules setup is applied and the window appears in the
fullscreen mode. If I launch the xdvi from other workspace the Place
Windows work and puts it on Workspace 2, but Windows Rules are not
applied to it.
Anyone experienced the same behaviour?
