I think it's a separate issue, there are some changes to the r8152 driver, tons of changes on the general network stack.
Can you provide the iperf output under 4.4 and 4.11? I'll try to find what changes made the speed increase, on the TB15 at my hand. Also, can you point out where's Andres kernel?
