Public bug reported: To replicate: 1. Use network manager to connect to a poor quality Wi-Fi router (signal strength is irrelevant: the router itself must be low quality). 2. After a short period of time: the connection will stall and require manual reconnection. Use the network manager gnome applet to select the "connected" Wi-Fi again.
Observed results: Gnome System Monitor becomes unresponsive until the Wi-Fi is connected again. Expected results: Apart from the network usage graph: Gnome System Monitor should not be affected by changing network connections.
