Public bug reported: libdazzle provides additional features for GTK+ and GObject. A wide range of components from utilities for GIO, widgets for GTK+, an animation framework, state machines, paneling and high-performance counters are included.
libdazzle was split off from gnome-builder and therefore we need it to build gnome-builder 3.25.3+. Here's the initial announcement by its creator: https://blogs.gnome.org/chergert/2017/05/31/razzle-dazzle/ libdazzle will be maintained by the pkg-gnome team. Packaging is at https://anonscm.debian.org/git/pkg-gnome/libdazzle.git I still haven't found a sponsor to upload into Debian yet, but it would be great if libdazzle would be accepted into Ubuntu by the middle of August in case we want GNOME Builder 3.26 for Ubuntu 17.10. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Wishlist Status: In Progress ** Affects: debian Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown ** Tags: artful needs-packaging ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #867852 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=867852 ** Also affects: debian via http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=867852 Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1705575 Title: [needs-packaging] libdazzle To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1705575/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
