Public bug reported:

libdazzle provides additional features for GTK+ and GObject. A wide
range of components from utilities for GIO, widgets for GTK+, an
animation framework, state machines, paneling and high-performance
counters are included.

libdazzle was split off from gnome-builder and therefore we need it to
build gnome-builder 3.25.3+.

Here's the initial announcement by its creator:
https://blogs.gnome.org/chergert/2017/05/31/razzle-dazzle/

libdazzle will be maintained by the pkg-gnome team. Packaging is at
https://anonscm.debian.org/git/pkg-gnome/libdazzle.git

I still haven't found a sponsor to upload into Debian yet, but it would
be great if libdazzle would be accepted into Ubuntu by the middle of
August in case we want GNOME Builder 3.26 for Ubuntu 17.10.
