The crash pop-ups relate to both cupsd and cups-browsed with same "crashed with SIGSEGV in__strcasecmp_l_avx()" explanation. However, this is not systematic: yesterday I got both cupsd and cups-browsed crash reports immediately after start-up, today no crash report yet, even after more than 30 mins of activity. Few more hints:

I may need to re-install if the issue is too singular and too complicated, what do you think? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1704628 Title: CUPS keeps crashing 17.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups-filters/+bug/1704628/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
