It is available if one selects (10) ECC (sign only).
Upon selectgin (9) i believe you will generate two keys the Curve25519
for signing and another one for encryption. From above it seems you are
selecting wich algo to use for the encryption key, as Curve25519 is not
yet standartised for encryption.
