Please sync python-confluent-kafka 0.9.4-3 (universe) from Debian
unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Fix Build-Depends when more than one Python version is supported.
As mentioned in the changelog below, Debian now too has changed
python dependencies to python*-all-dev.
Let me know if you want to delay this sync until the python3.6
transition is over.
