I was looking over some older bug reports, and discovered that mseide-
msegui was removed shortly after this issue was reported. (See
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mseide-msegui/+publishinghistory
and bug 755952). Since the package is now gone from Ubuntu, I'm closing
this issue. I'm sorry that it didn't get resolved in a better way.
