Thus bug is NOT about the "CPU soft lockup" message. That message is just a symptom of another bug.
This specific bug is only about the case where this is caused by the Intel wireless 3945 driver. If you do not have that card, or if your symptoms do not involve different behavior depending on killswitch on/off status (i.e. wireless off/on), then, please submit another bug detailing your issue.
