Hi

Since I have installed Xubuntu 17.04, I have noticed that I can choose
only predefined volumes with the slide bar which appears when clicking
on the indicator. This was not the behavior on Xubuntu Xenial.

I have tested with pavucontrol and xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin and with them
I can choose freely any value within the slide bar.

Expected behavior: when changing the volume with the sliding bar, I
would be able to choose any value possible within the slide bar.

Observed behavior: the values are in a 10% interval, so there are only
11 possible positions: 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%,
100%.
