This is not the first bug report that mentions "Userspace rpm". Is this
a template of some sort? And if yes, can you please adjust to use a
different term for Ubuntu, or at least use more generic term? E.g.
"Userspace packages"?

On Ubuntu, we do not ship nor install "userspace rpm". Instead, we use:
deb, udeb, snap, charm. It is irksome to read "Userspace rpm" and
results in prejudice / negative opinion about the bug report quality.
