Same for me on Kubuntu. I upgraded to Gutsy about a week ago and have been updating daily. Today kde was updated. When that was complete, I got the message that a new version was available. I thought that maybe it was the final version of Gutsy. I ran the wizard. It went through a few steps and then said that I was already running the latest.
