Public bug reported: After adding PPA ppa:deluge-team/develop forcing the 1.x version of `deluge-gtk` when the 2.x version is installed has no effect, only `Failed to SetCandidateRelease for zesty` is printed to console which provides no information and can't be spotted without looking at the terminal. No matter whether this kind of downgrading is supported (it might not because it involves a PPA) there has to be feedback given to the user.
