You need a very specific type of quarterback to be able to make this work, and JT has an almost otherworldly combination of instincts and athleticism to go along with a decent ability to throw a football to attack defenses with. He's not quite as physical as Nesbitt was, but JT is IMO the best QB CPJ has had running this offense, and when you don't have a QB with all those skills running the offense, you get what we had between 2011-2013, which was *okay* but by no means effective against strong defenses.
