thanks much but i get an idea its the stick i tried the exact same thing 
on an usb 2.0 older version and it does, it just works VERY slow, the 
sticks both work fine for data transfer at top speed they just wont when 
i install an os to boot other than the live version, im amazed i 
actually get a reply thanks a lot but im sure theres more pressing 
matters i was just reporting i hope the files got attached
