Public bug reported:
Installed mail-stack-delivery and it configured a default self signed
certificate. This works fine for IMAP, but when I tried to send mail, I
got this error in /var/log/mail.log:
May 25 13:02:02 vps postfix/smtpd[26514]: warning: TLS library problem:
error:14094418:SSL routines:
ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert unknown ca:s3_pkt.c:1487:SSL alert number 48:
I don't understand why the server would care about the CA of its *own*
certificate, and it certainly should not have a problem with it being
self signed. It seems like smtpd is initializing the TLS library
wrongly.
