I agree with most of the above. Also is there any reason ubuntu.com/whatis does not include a link to what ubuntu is technically? As in 'a operating system with a solid foundation based on the GNU system using the Linux Kernel. [xorg].[how upstream and downstream work]. [APT/deb relationship and how it really makes the universe so solid].' The link would remain optional but I think these things are nice to know.
